You’ll start the afternoon with a whole rib primal — the source of the legendary ribeye steak. With guidance from our team, you’ll learn the tools, techniques, and confidence needed to break down the primal yourself. Each student will cut, trim, and package 20–25 pounds of prime ribeyes to take home.
We’ll cover:
