We will be headed to the Self-Reliance Festival in Tennessee on April 4th-6th. We will be putting on an intense 2-day workshop before the festival as well as speaking on the first day of the festival.

 

April 4-5, 9am-5pm

Go beyond just homestead scale processing to scraping, curing, and using your pig! Andy Lane and Doug Wharton specialize is old-world methods that result in artisan, authentic and delicious food.

This class will cover harvesting, butchering and curing. You will not just observe. It is open to TEN students who want hands-on experience.

Includes morning coffee and lunch each day and a SPECIAL charcuterie tasting on Friday after class!
